Join us on Monday, November 30, at 7 p.m. in the Party Room

Open House

Come and visit each of the stations set up to inform you about some of what’s going on at 70 High Park Avenue!

Tell us what you think! Come to the event and complete a survey. You could win a Starbucks gift card.

Station 1) Elevators – Josh Kendel l of Kone, our elevator service provider, will be here to listen to your comments about the elevators. Tell him if you think the recent roller replacements have accomplished the goal of reducing noise or talk about anything else elevator related.

Station 2) Learn from President Warren Holder about the various responsibilities of the Superintendents, the Property Manager, the weekend contract workers, the Brookfield after hours line and the board members.

Section 3) Get insights from Treasurer Albert Yuen into the 2015/16 budget for our corporation.

Section 4) See Ida McLaughlin to sign up for resident volunteer committees, such as the social committee and garden club.

This is your opportunity to get to know and mingle with your board members, Superintendents and the Property Manager. They will be available for questions or comments.

Holiday Social

In addition to the opportunity to speak with the board and management, come to this event to meet and mingle with your neighbours and share some Holiday Cheer. Light refreshments will be served.

We could use your help to make the night a bigger success.
  • We need volunteers to help decorate the party room and help set up and break down for the evening.

  • Have a great cake or cookie recipe? If you would like to contribute to the refreshments, please let Myla know.

  • Get in the spirit of Holiday giving by making a donation of non perishable foods. There will be a donation box set up in the lobby in the coming days. This year’s recipient is North York Harvest Food Bank.

Thank you. We can’t wait to see you on November 30!
