Pets

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the event of an accident anywhere on the property. Should your pet cause damage to the common elements, the pet owner will be held responsible for any costs associated with clean up and/or repairs. For more details please refer to the Declaration.

Whenever pets are within the Common Elements (e.g. elevators, hallways, lobby, etc.) they need to be leashed. Pets should never be left out on balconies unattended nor should balconies be used for pets to relieve themselves.

In accordance with section 19 (g) of the Declaration, each unit is permitted any combination of dogs and cats not to exceed two (2) in total. Any animal deemed by the Board of Directors or Property Manager to be a nuisance shall, within two (2) weeks of receipt of written notice, be permanently removed from the property.
