Renovations and Alterations

Homeowners and residents are not permitted to make any substantial changes (e.g. removal of carpeting, replacement of flooring, removal of walls, etc.) without the prior consent of the condominium Board of Directors. Please contact the Property Manager if you are uncertain whether your changes would require approval of the Board.

Before you begin a change, alteration or renovation to your suite, please submit a letter or email request to the Property Manager to the attention of the Board using the Renovation Agreement form (see the forms page) along with your proposed renovation or construction plans. 

No residents are permitted under any circumstances to alter or construct anything on the building common elements including exclusive use areas such as balconies and/or terraces.
